NATIONAL TECHNICAL CERTIFICATE IN CATERING CRAFT PRACTICE (NTC 340) (NABTEB)

DURATION: 4 Semesters

OBJECTIVES: On completion of the programmes, trainee will be able to exhibit practical skills in basic food and beverage; accommodation and other catering craft operations.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Holders of GCE/SSCE/NECO and JSS Certificates with credit passes in Mathematics, English, Biology, Food and nutrition or Chemistry, Home Economics, Economic, etc.
